How to order:

We can accept orders by the following methods:

If ordering by email or fax please include the name and quantities of the products along with your contact details and payment method.


Orders will be sent by Fastway Couriers where possible. A signature is required on delivery. Please ensure you check the your parcel for any obvious signs on damage during transit before signing for it. Our Shipping Charges are as follows:
  • Under 2kg and 'Shoe box size' (North & South Island) $6.00
  • 2kg - 10kg (North Island) $14.00
  • 2kg - 10kg (South Island) $16.00
Delivery Times:
  • North Island: Next Day
  • South Island: 48 Hours


We accept payment by the following Methods.
  • Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa)
  • Personal Check (Goods will not be shipped until receipt of cheque)
    Checks should be made out to 'Watts Up Hobbies'
  • Direct Debit to our Bank Account: ASB 123115 0206897 00 PP Watts Up Hobbies
  • All transactions are in NZD.


If you place an order for an item that is out of stock you will be contacted and asked to confirm that you wish to place the item on backorder. If known an ETA will be given.


Please contact us before returning any product. Faulty goods will be dealt with under the laws of the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you have changed your mind on a product you have received the following conditions apply:

  • Product must have been purchased from Watts Up Hobbies.
  • Must be within 14 days of sales receipt.
  • The product must be in New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Product can be returned for exchange of goods or a credit note. No Cash Refunds.
  • A restocking fee of $10 will apply to change of mind returns.

Prices & Availability

Although we attempt to keep the prices and stock availability details on our Web site as up to date as possible, we cannot gaurantee complete accuracy. If there is any discrepancy between your order details and actual costs/availability you will be contacted with the updated details.


You must contact us by telephone or Mail/Email before returning any defective product explaining what the problem is. If appropriate you will then be given a Return Authorization number which must be recorded with the item to be returned. In general coverage is limited to defects in materials and/or workmanship which are apparent on inspection or during initial use. Failures due to use beyond the recommended specifications will not be covered. The duration of warrantee will vary from one product to another, please do not hesitate to call us if you wish to know more information. If warranty replacement is appropriate, we will replacement product immediately and free of charge, subject to stock on hand.
